In the past I owned a home and always had a to-do list that was a mile long. After a certain point I didn’t know how to tackle the list let alone figure out what was the most urgent. Basically I needed to answer the question:
What do I do first?
I eventually developed the following value framework for rating projects. By answering a few simple questions for each idea you’ll be able to quickly determine where to get started.

Get started by adding your projects to the Project List and scoring them by each dimension! The scoring is explained on the Dashboard, but a reminder displays if you mouse over the column heading on the Project List.
